Our Story

Rhowe Design + Build is a Savannah-based construction firm specializing in the design + build process. Focusing exclusively on commercial projects, our work includes tenant improvements, commercial interiors, historic preservation, and municipal projects. Rhowe was founded in 2021 by husband and wife team, James and Courtney Bonney. Named for their sons Rhodes and Westley, Rhowe is built on values meant to last. We envision a stronger, more vibrant Savannah where thoughtful design and quality construction create lasting opportunities for our clients and our community. By fostering trust, collaboration, and innovation, we strive to shape spaces that enrich lives and strengthen the fabric of our city for generations to come.
