We focus strictly on commercial projects, including tenant improvements, light industrial, commercial interiors, and historic preservation.

We serve the greater Savannah area including Bryan County, Effingham County, Liberty County, and Jasper County, SC

In the design + build process, we will partner with the design team during the design phase of the project. Through this collaborative approach, we can work with the designer to streamline the process and scheduling, while reducing project costs.

At Rhowe, we do not offer design services. Instead, we can either partner with your architect or recommend a local architect/designer that we have partnered with on previous projects depending on project needs.

Yes, we can offer preconstruction services including budgeting, VE alternates, and scheduling.
